and I convinced her to get a screening of this movie about body image, called “Miss Representation.”
Some girls in my class were saying that photo shopping fucking up the idea of beauty didn’t exist, and that it air brushing photos was a lie made up by “fatties who can’t get laid.”
At least we’re watching the movie, hopefully it’ll change some of their minds.
